Data Deletion Instructions

Adlytic stores Facebook Ads data, creative assets, and OAuth tokens that you authorise when you connect an ad account. You can request deletion of some or all of this data at any time.

In-app (fastest)

  1. Sign in at adlytic.io.
  2. Go to Settings → Connection, click Clear Cache to remove synced ad data for the selected organisation, or Disconnect to revoke the Facebook token.
  3. For full account deletion, email privacy@adlytic.io from the address on your Adlytic account.

By email (any time)

Send a request to privacy@adlytic.io from the email associated with your account. Include:

  • Your Adlytic account email, or organisation name
  • What to delete: all data, specific ad account, or just the Facebook OAuth token

We acknowledge within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Facebook OAuth tokens — revoked with Meta and removed from our database immediately.
  • Ad performance data — spend, impressions, ROAS, creative metadata cached from the Meta Marketing API. Deleted within 30 days.
  • Generated analyses & reports — AI-generated creative recommendations stored against your account. Deleted within 30 days.
  • Account identifiers — name, email, organisation membership. Deleted within 30 days unless legally required to retain (accounting, abuse logs).

Revoke Adlytic directly on Facebook

You can remove Adlytic from your Facebook account at any time, independently of the above:

  1. Open Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.
  2. Find Adlytic in the list and click Remove.
  3. This revokes the access token but does not delete data already on our servers — email us to complete deletion.
