Terms of Service

1. The service

Adlytic.io provides read-only analytics on Facebook advertising data you connect via Meta's OAuth flow. We pull ad metrics and creative metadata through the Meta Marketing API and present them alongside machine-learned recommendations.

2. Your account and authority

  • You must be 18 or older and authorised to act on behalf of the ad account you connect.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You will not connect ad accounts you do not have explicit permission to access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the service.
  • Use Adlytic to violate Meta's Platform Terms, advertising policies, or applicable law.
  • Upload malicious content, attempt to disrupt the service, or bypass rate limits.
  • Share login credentials or Facebook tokens with third parties.

4. Data processing

Adlytic processes your Facebook ad data solely to provide the analytics features you use. See our Privacy Policy for collection, retention, and deletion details.

5. Intellectual property

The Adlytic platform, including software, UI, and documentation, is owned by Novalieri Group. You retain ownership of your ad data and any content you upload. By using the service you grant us a limited licence to process that content strictly to deliver the service.

6. Service availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features, pricing, or these terms. Material changes will be announced with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adlytic and Novalieri Group are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of revenue, or decisions made in reliance on analytics output.

8. Termination

You can stop using Adlytic and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or Meta's platform policies.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the courts of Amsterdam.
