1. Who we are

Adlytic.io ("Adlytic", "we", "us") is a read-only ad analytics service operated by Novalieri Group. This policy explains what personal data we process and why.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data — name, email address, organisation name, and authentication identifiers, provided when you sign up.
  • Facebook OAuth token — issued by Meta after you explicitly authorise Adlytic. Used solely to read your ad account insights. Stored encrypted at rest, scoped per organisation, never shared.
  • Ad performance data — spend, impressions, ROAS, creative assets, and metadata pulled from the Meta Marketing API for ad accounts you have linked. This data stays within your organisation.
  • Usage logs — minimal server logs for reliability and abuse prevention.

3. How we use it

  • Deliver the analytics and creative recommendations you request.
  • Authenticate you and keep your organisation's data separate.
  • Diagnose errors and improve reliability.

We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not use your ad data to train public models. We do not share data with advertisers or third parties except processors strictly needed to run the service (hosting, database, LLM inference), each under a data-processing agreement.

4. Retention & deletion

  • Facebook OAuth tokens are deleted when you disconnect a source or delete your account.
  • Ad performance data is retained while your account is active and removed within 30 days of account deletion.
  • You can request export or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@adlytic.io.

5. Your rights

Under GDPR and similar frameworks you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. Contact us at the address above to exercise these rights.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to authenticated members of your organisation and a limited number of Adlytic operators who need it to run the service.
